Ingredients

  • 7 ounce can tuna
  • 3 tablespoon chopped pickle
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 bag potato chips, crushed
  • deviled eggs
  • tomato, wedges

Instructions

  • Combine first 5 ingredients.
  • Chill.
  • Add cabbage and toss.
  • Add potato chips just before serving, toss.
  • Heap in lettuce-lined bowl.
  • Garnish with eggs and tomato wedges.
