- 1-inch slices of halibut
- 1 tablespoon grated onion
- 3 tablespoon melted butter
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- Arrange halibut steaks in shallow pyrex baking dish, and pour over them the remaining sauce.
- Broil until tender (about 15 minutes).
- Do not turn steaks.
- Garnish with paprika and parsley before serving.
