Ingredients

  • 1-inch slices of halibut
  • 1 tablespoon grated onion
  • 3 tablespoon melted butter
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • paprika
  • parsley

Instructions

  • Arrange halibut steaks in shallow pyrex baking dish, and pour over them the remaining sauce.
  • Broil until tender (about 15 minutes).
  • Do not turn steaks.
  • Garnish with paprika and parsley before serving.
